This is a tough question right!

It makes us feel inadequate, less than…

It makes us feel we are a failure and a disappointment to ourselves and others…

Part of the problem is that behind every intention to change, there is an underlining unconscious fear and commitment to protect the ego..

to stay the same….

We want to open ourselves up but deep down we fear that the person on the otherwise will see ourselves in a different light, will judge us…

That deep desire to protect us wins because it is primal and it has always been there…

We do everything in our day-to-day lives to avoid pain and to create pleasure…

Going to uncomfortable places, getting out of our comfort zone and shinning a light into our darkness doesn’t fall into these 2 categories…

Avoiding pain or create pleasure…

In my journey to healing myself and helping others to heal, I believe there is one simple thing that discern the person who can overcome that and the person who can’t:

The person who can overcome that is the one who can sit with their pain, their uncomforting feeling of whatever they went through, whoever they have become and wherever they are at in life

But going to that place is not easy….

And it is not for everyone…

And when we want to go there by ourselves….

Our ego grows bigger and stop us from going to that painful place…

When we work with someone who can guide us through it by shedding a light into our darkness…

finding our blind spots…

Things are easier, you achieve what you desire faster and you create the life you want without all the baggage you have been carrying around.

You always have options though…

You can keep trying it at your own peace, go on another strict life style diet, watching free videos on social media, reading books and trying to figure out how to implement things…

or

You can work with someone who has done it – someone who has proven results and someone who has a simple and efficient strategy

If you are:

Sick and tired of living a life that is unfulfilled

Physically stressed and exhausted

Ready to be ruthlessly honest to yourself

Willing to get out of comfort zone

I would love to chat with you:

“Ask for help, not because you are weak, but because you want to remain strong”
