As if that was an effective tool that would help me to overcome anything.
At the time I was so angry that it made me blind
It had become a habit and that was all I knewโฆ
Anger is a low frequency emotion that keeps consuming you slowly
Dragging your energy down literally
It is so easy to get angry when you have a set back
It is so easy to blame and complaint
To go down a spiral and think
๐๐๐ฎ ๐๐จ ๐ฉ๐๐๐จ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ข๐?
What I learned in my journey about setbacks are

Stop trying to avoid them and dream about a life without them

When life is all roses, it is so easy to stay comfortable and not do anything different.
It is so easy to keep doing the same things and not change.
A setback reminds us that life is always evolving and we need to evolve too.

Thinking and feeling like a victim when you face a setback is a habit
Reframing the set back is a new habit you can form
This new habit is what creates success
Your ability to bounce back
To get up and walk again
To embrace whatever you need to learn and continuing your journey with your head high as supposed to feeling defeated.
My biggest setback (cancer) was my biggest blessings.
