I remember the first time I felt the stress in my bodyโฆ
I was about to receive chemo and I had gone through a stressful encounter with people who I care about.
As I came home I felt the stress hormones running through my body for daysโฆ
It was my worst chemo session….
I felt exhausted…
For the first time in my life I felt the stress hormonesโฆ
And I realised that I had been treating my body with these hormones day in day out for the last 20 plus yearsโฆ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
I could feel the stress was dragging myself down…

I am here to tell you, it doesnโt have to be that wayโฆ
Since cancer, I have gone through many stressful situationsโฆ
But I have also been using daily tools to keep on top of my stressโฆ
Chances are life will keep throwing challenging things at youโฆ
Thinking that you can live a life without challenges is an utopia.
