People ask me this question all the time….
It is hard for me to answer…
Because my answer is quite real and raw…
“I want to survive….”
People ask me this when they have tried changing things by themselves and they want to know how they can create self-motivation
and get rid of their ‘suffering” in the form of
👉Wanting to go from exhaustion to having energy
👉Wanting to loose weight
👉Stop the addiction to junk food/sugar – bad eating habits
Stop drinking alcohol
👉Manage their anxiety/depression issues
👉Solve their sleep problems
👉Loss of purpose
Being stuck instead of taking action on their dream
When I ask them…
𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙞𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙞𝙛 𝙞𝙣 3 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙞𝙩?
They tell me…
So I tell them
“”𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙙𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩?”
Then they tell me their stories….
I realize we all have stories, and they are not always pretty.
The key is to make “that thing” we want to change important enough for us to change.

Our habits is a combination of what it is important to us whether we like to acknowledge or not.
